Recently, Mr Salty bough an HDB resale flat, joining the ranks of 90% other Singaporeans who own a flat! With that, he has a lot of rants experience to share. It was a slow, but fulfilling process finding his dream home, navigating the red tapes of HDB and CPF, and then negotiating with the previous owner, his interior designer and renovation loan banker etc… He noted these down so that anybody else who is going through the same journey can have something to refer to!

At the same time, Mr Salty dreams of being rich like other Singaporeans. He invests what he saves. As a self-taught investor, he also lost quite a lot in the stock markets. Which is why… He also wanted to share his experience so that other people can learn from his mistakes.
Mr Salty is also a stingy deal hunter. After all, the road to be financial savvy is also to be able to maximise every cent he spent. From credit card deals to special promotions, he would be sharing these with his loyal readers!
